First Class

After Tai Ji Panda II
The next top spot at Box Office
Should be X-men First Class
There are a lot of differences between Wolverine and First Class

The success of Wolverine is all because of Hugh Jackman
Will First Class to be success without him?

Currently
In Rotten Tomatoes
First Class is certified perfectly 100% fresh
Based on all 19 reviews
A great start for First Class

I hope it would not be a disappointment
On June 2
X-men must deliver what it promises
FIRST CLASS FOR EVERYTHING

The Tai-Ji Panda II

It is expected for an anticipating animated movie
To sold out 2 hours earlier than its screening
But to wait for a long time to get into the cinema hall
Due to “effective management” of GSC
It takes more than 23 minutes to start
After viewing the trailer of
The Green Lantern (Second Trailer), Transformer III and X-Men First Class

Kaboom is the sequel to Kung Fu Panda a few years before
By Dreamwork (DW)
Same as Rio
It is rather a family movie
Whereby parents spend a little bit popcorn time with their children
That as you can see
Up to 40% of children make up the total audiences

Regarding this episode of KFP II
I would rather give a moderate/ average review
The storyline is basically finding the truth of Po’s childhood
Most of the plot is EXPECTED
Plus, the style of the story is just like
The Hokkien Drama
Talking about finding parents
To take revenge and so on
Another thing
DW should name it as Taiji Panda
Since the technique used to fight against the antagonist is
The Inner Peace of Taiji

Sense of humor
Could be found in the movie
But most of them are familiar jokes
However
The most fascinating part should be the childhood look of Po
Whereby he is so cute
Whereby his sound is so cute
But Po now is rather fat and not cute (LOL...)
The relationship between the father (Goose) and Po
Is another moving part
That tells audiences
To appreciate each others
An addition should be the peacock that is the antagonist throughout the whole movie
And the screenplay of using a fortune teller
Which make the whole story totally familiar to the Chinese (Movie also takes place in China)
And so, 95% of the audiences are Chinese
The peacock, Shen, although being shadowed by the plot (Of Po finding the truth of his childhood)
It makes the perfect antagonist
That misuses the fireworks created/ invented by his parents
With his arrogant, his coward, his greedy

Finally
Jack Black makes Po alive
Only him that suits the character well
The way of talking, telling jokes, smiling, walking, opening mouth etc.
Just the same of Jack Black
He is the perfect Po

The predicted plot should be the killing of its box office (It’s expected that Shen that leads the Fox Army to kill Po’s parents)
KFP II’s box office is screwed by Hangover II in US during this Memorial Weekend
It is totally idiot for DW to put it the same day as Warner’s Hangover II to premiere
With lack of advertising and common plot, KFP II is unexpectedly, grosses lower for its opening weekend
Comparing with Rio
I would rather choose Rio
A more colorful and cheering cartoon
KFP II gets more positive ratings
As most of the critics prefer movie maker to assimilate Eastern’s Culture
But, there is way good for Rio
As it also assimilates the culture of Brazil

Kung Fu Panda II: The Kaboom of Doom
Though is nothing special in its plot
I still love the part that
Po is appreciating his father (Goose) for raising him up

Note: KFP II ends at the part showing Po’s real father is not dead, possible that DW will be making another sequel.

U Sense - I Sense Satisfaction

It takes me almost 3 hours to search for a worthy and suitable saloon on Thursday
To cut my hair
After having tested the lousy service at Sungai Ara
Today, it takes almost 45 minutes for my short hair to be done
The answer is… …

Design
It is U Sense, the name of the saloon. Same as other saloon, the front part is the customer service area. I step forward and tell the lady (OK, Dave should introduce me who she is) about my appointment. The design is extremely classy, just like having spa in the 5 stars hotel, especially the hair washing area. I like it very much. Overall, the design really makes me sensing a feeling of “organic” and eco-friendly.

Similarities
I am often anxious when it is the first time I frequent a new shop. I sense the convenient, where it is easy for me to search for the shop. When I arrive, I sense a feel of “familiar”, the shop designs are similar up to 70% to those of Lun’s shop. The sofa, cutting hair area, magazine area, customer service area, are just familiar. It lowers my anxious. When I am assisted to cutting area, I am served with a cup of beverage, the same service in Lun’s shop. I usually will not drink unless I am thirsty. (Maybe to save water? Haha) Then, Dave comes out. It is not hard to recognize him as I view his appearance before in Facebook. Then, I sense other similarities, the way he communicates, the way he cuts; all are similar with Lun, especially the technique towards the last part. One more, talking about dying hair, I am wondering why most stylists will laugh when customer said: "After dying for a long time, seems like missing black hair, so dye it back to black" (Then after a period of time, want to dye other color again, hahaha)

Friendly
I am giving a high expectation before I move my steps into U Sense. From the reviews in Facebook, I could roughly imagine the friendliness. Perhaps I am a bit meticulous, I really dislike stylist that keep cutting customer hair without smiling/ talking, as this will make both to feel the stress. Again, I sense the similarity whereby the first question both Lun and Dave ask, is where I come from. We chat a lot, until we talk about Sabah and Air Asia. Besides Dave, Zeno (I think it is him, but why he looks differ in the Facebook?) and the lady are very friendly as well. Before ending my hair cut, Dave even shares with me some technique of styling using comb. (Too bad, secret revealed, I seldom use comb, which he can view) Thanks Dave, I learn something from you today. He tells me that my back part of hair is a bit different from normal. Actually I know it. This is due to the radiotherapy problem last year that makes my back part of hair to drop. Until today, there is still a slight different between the back and front. It has been one year already. Ahha, one thing that Dave and I have common ground perception - Expensive in Queensbay, but quality is just moderate!

Techniques and Styling
It’s too bad I do not know the name of the lady. She is really expert in washing hair, especially in massaging. 5 stars are given out from me. We also chat about how I know about U Sense. Perhaps she does see me posting there before using ‘Darrell but not Michael. She tells me that she will screw me up if I do not LIKE the page, haha! But I already LIKING it. The 28 Ringgit, what I can say – worth for every single cent. It takes almost 45 minutes, and I could see how patient, concentrating and professional is, when Dave cuts my hair. I sense a difference here between Dave and Lun. Dave loves to use water while Lun loves to use hair dryer; perhaps this is the style of a stylist? Finally, same as Lun that every time bids farewell to me, he also thanks me for supporting U Sense. I have not try the organic products yet, maybe next time.

… … The answer is, I really like the style that Dave designs for me although it is simple
Because, I like simple and simple makes perfect
Just like other customers say, it makes them look younger, so do I

Dear Dave, I am advertising your U Sense with FOC, haha!

Before going Queensbay, I end here by giving full 5 stars and an additional 1 bright silver star for their warmest welcome + friendliness

I WOULD CERTAINLY FREQUENT U SENSE AGAIN
Thanks to all at U Sense

Early Review of Transformers III: Dark of The Moon

My experience towards Transformer
First Episode, I did not watch
Second Episode, I watched and it was awesome
Third Episode, Can't wait to steal from Michael Bay's office table drawer

The first review for the film came out on May 14th and was from AICN. They called it "the best entry in the Michael Bay-directed franchise."

I thought it was last year end when the first trailer is out
It was just the same way Spielberg always presented
Nothing revealed much
That only showed the contribution of Armstrong
And a ridiculous way to get known the secret of the transformers hiding in the moon
The first trailer rather ridiculous than hiding something from the fans

The second trailer
Choosing the theme song - Prelude
Suits the trailer best
This trailer looked way epic
Epic than those aliens invasion movie
But
Hold on
A weakness here
A way not like Spielberg and also Bay's style
The whole trailer reveals the whole story
Those dictators come to the earth
And bombarded the whole US

The theme song chosen was Iridescent by Linkin Park
It was an R&B form of song
Slightly changed my impression on them
Since most of their song were rock and noisy
It seemed that Bay tried to make this episode to the perfect
From directing the movie, effect, till choosing the songs
All suited the movie well
Perhaps the third episode made up the complete trilogy?
Some early review said that
It was the best Michael Bay's directed movie ever!
However the theme song was rather with a sad mood
"Let it go~ Let it go~"
Plus
Some scenes of Sam with Optimus
Don't tell me anyone of them would need to sacrifice or leaving
I would cry one, hahaha!

The movie was shifted few days earlier to hit the cinema on 29th June
With 3D, to test how well it was
Despite of grossing (Sure it would be financial success again)
I wish that it would be one of the meaningful episode of transformer
And
To see the greater relationship of
Sam with the robots

Inflation - A Way of Emotional

I do not know why I cry at this mid night moment
Perhaps I am thinking in a way of a bit emotional

Sometimes I think that it is way better for me to stay studying outside
Not I do not love my family
It is just like we are not understanding to each others much
Other people misses home very much
Keen to rush home over the holidays
But for me, I do really miss at the same time
Not, when my family members like to quarrel for nothing over the small matter

Is life only full with complaining tiny stuffs?
Many other important things are waiting for you
Yet you are caring to bother those meaningless stuffs

And one more thing
If you want to increase price for a bunch of items
Please clarify at the same time, dear Government
Inflation can be a matter or argument in the family!!!

Happiness

Everything has come to an end today
Though no one should I say, can 100 percent accepting the fact that he has gone
Even me, the phone call still “playing around” in my mind

It is glad to see that many are respectful to my dearest uncle
That many societies and associations come to take a bow, paying a respect and sending their warmest condolences
That many citizens around come out to pay a respect when uncle’s decease is brought to be buried
That even, Health Minister spares a free time to come and sees him for the last time
It is sad
To know that uncle does not go off easily during his last breath
To see many relatives shedding tears over his death
To see Brother Simon cries
To pity aunty for losing the love one, and to be lonely after all
Yet
Everyone tries to stay strong, especially aunty herself

Regardless of facing the reality
Until I am writing the blog now
I am still unable to accept that, his death is caused by severe injury of falling from the stairs
The news really gives everyone a shock
But
That is the last time to see him

I wish that the sadness will fade
And the happiness will arrive fast

Yeah
How would you define happiness?
It is a tiring long journey way back from Bentong to Penang
However
I feel that the time passes very fast
Even though it takes 4 hours to finish
Because of happiness
I realize that the time for you to spend with family is really short
You could imagine and count
How much time in your life you would able to spend
With your family to chat
And to share the family happiest moment together?
I am OMG to know that my name should be Boon Keat/ Seng Kai before Seng Wah is set
I am OMG to know that there is company to find me for milk powder’s advertisement when I am baby
I am OMG to learn that the aunty lives opposite my grandma’s house, always looks down on my grandparents for picking food from the rubbish due to poverty
I am OMG to know that my dad earns money for my uncle to sit for SCE exam
(That’s why aunty says my daddy loves my third uncle the most, and to be heartbroken by his passing away)
I am OMG to know a lot a lot of interesting stuff that I yet to know
All the sweets and sours
It is happiness that gives me the chance to know them
It is spending the time with family that gives me the opportunity to know them
That
I am appreciating even it only lasts for 4 hours

It is happiness
When you can spend times with your loves one
It is happiness
When you can live simple, relax and healthily
It is happiness
When you are able to be a filial son/ daughter
It is happiness
That Uncle’s passing away does not bring a tiring burden
It is happiness
That Bro Joey, Simon and Sis Chris are appreciating aunty more
It is happiness
To let go everything that is sad
Just like how I accept my condition of being a post-treatment cancer patient status
And to lead a work hard play hard life

Only when you learn to be gratitude and appreciating
Everything is a happiness

So
I define my happiness
As: If you feel it is happiness, then it is
No matter in what so ever way

Happiness is surrounding us
I wish that
Uncle would rest in peace
And all his family members could let go,
Could live their life
To the fullness of happiness

God bless

After Shock

Ring Ring Ring~
I was in the toilet
Ring Ring Ring~
It was 1:25am in the morning and I thought it should be my sister again
Ring Ring Ring~
I quickly rushed over the phone
I picked it up
It was not my sister's voice
It  was a woman's voice
Started off with crying
Saying that my third uncle was gone
I was totally frozen there
My brain was blank
Thinking that, who was playing joke at this midnight?
She claimed for dad
Now I only realised that, it was real
At that time, only I could recognise the sound of my aunt from her tear
I woke myself up
Telling that my dad was sleeping
I held on the phone
Asking my mum to listen
.... ....
It was not a joke

I still remembered that he was the most educated one among my dad's siblings
I still remembered that he was one of the uncle that lived far away from the other uncle
I still remembered that he used to tell his older time story to us when all of us, the younger are around
I still remembered that he always welcomed us with the warmest smile when we were visiting him
I still remembered that he was a filial son of my  grandparents, that he would certainly reunion with all the siblings during Chinese New Year
I still remembered that he was an active person in education, being a temporary teacher to educate after retiring from being a headmaster
I still remembered that he contributed a lot for the Chinese  society in his area, that he was awarded for what he had done
I still remembered that, he was the greatest uncle in my family
Everything
I  still remembered

Until today
Until the moment I am writing this article
I could not accept that he, has left us
Has left this world
To another world
Every moment when I am recalling the moment I receive the call
Every moment do I feeling that it is a dream, it is a joke
It never happen
Still, at the end, it has become a reality
I think, all of us that know him
Cannot accept it
It is really sad that the last Chinese New Year
Is the last time I meet him

It should be a happy night
Uncle went to a wedding party
Perhaps drinking a bit of beer
While walking down the stairs
Out of the blue
He fell
His neck knocked on the cement stairs
Within that few seconds
He passed away
This was what I heard from the entire incident
The day of the incident
Was another black 22nd
Which I hated this day every month
I was thinking
If a person left the world due to health problem
Everyone still could accept it
But
To a normal person like my uncle
It was really shocked to know
He left by this way
A few seconds before he might still cheering up happily with his friends
A few seconds later he had already lost his breath

It was really sad
That
His family members could not see him for the last time before he left
His family members were unable to listen to him for the last time
And
To give his last words

All of the siblings were extremely sad
My youngest uncle's words really made me thoughtful
(Though he was eagerly to go to Bentong after having known the news, which he cancelled his decision due to midnight, and everyone scolded him for his act)
"I only have a few brothers, that I could count using my fingers"
I suddenly feel that
"I have two fingers to count for my only two sisters, and I am appreciating them. Yes, I should."

Until now
It is still a shock for everyone
No matter how
I wish that aunty and all my cousins
will stay tough and accept the reality
May my uncle's soul
Rest in peace

Sabah Trip Part III - The Story (The End)

Sabah Trip Day IV – Kundasang and Kota Kinabalu

Review of Pin Min Restaurant, Kundasang
Food Tested: Sar Hor Fun and Fried Rice
Price: Moderate
Review: The Sar Hor Fun is almost the same as Kajang one by using small size Koay Teow. The fried rice is brownish red and it tastes better than Sar Hor Fun. We are placed in a room due to 15 peoples. The environment is bad due to the lousy toilet.
Ratings: D+

Pit Stop I: Mount Kinabalu Park Trek
We come here again to take a nearer photo of Mount Kinabalu. It is sunny morning after breakfast, which is better than the dark yesterday. Some of them try walking up the hill but it is a bit tiring. The route here is much better due to equip with road. We also go for another botanical garden with rare species of flowers and trees. Most of the corners of the parks are functioning as photo session and sight-seeing. Finally, before going back to KK, we stop again at the souvenir shops and I add my collection of fridge magnetic that contains the Sabah bird, orang utan and sea turtle.

Review of Guo Min Restaurant, Kota Kinabalu
Food Tested: Sheng Rou Mee
Price: Expensive (RM 8.50 per set)
Review: The service is bad. The aunty that takes the order confuses herself and like scolding customers makes the wrong order. The beverage of Xia Huo Chao is the same as Liang Cha in our hometown and it costs almost RM 2. The noodle is ok but the service ruins everything. Most of us are cheated as the price of noodle and the soup are separate one.
Ratings: C-

Pit Stop II: Tanjung Aru Beach
We are really exhausted after arriving from Kundasang. Most of us sleep until 5pm and we decide to test the seafood at Tanjung Aru as most of the people claim that the price is cheap. The beach at Tanjung Aru is unlike the one at Island of Manukan and Sapi. It is muddy and there are a lot of crab’s feces. You can see some small crabs moving on the beach, making holes and pumping water. A Sabah bird on the tree catches many photographers’ attention. The seafood there, again, same as Hatyai, whole row is the same. One side is the fried corn, another side is seafood, and remaining one is fried chicken. We test the “ass of the chicken”, fried fish and squid, corn, avocado ice blend, satay and so on. Review and ratings is the same as the one in Kota Kinabalu, salty is the failure even though there are a lot of seafood in Sabah. If you would want to say cheap, I would claim that the splicing of fruits are cheaper. (Marie leaves and back to Sarawak)

Pit Stop III: Perdana Park
Same as The Mines Resort but this park seems more like a jogging trek. The entrance is free and there is some water music splash, with an interval of 30 minutes, and lasts for 15 minutes. The colorful like makes the water splash interesting but lacks of variety. It is far away from the one at The Mines and Singapore. I record a video on it and you should be able to watch soon.

Pit Stop IV: Suria Sabah
A newly open shopping centres just a stone’s throw away from X-plorer. This shopping centre is smaller but there are a lot of brand opening soon such as Padini. Many stores are yet to open. We go for the movie Priest. It has been so long time that so many people watch movie with me. Priest is movie that I do not want to watch, but I watch it as a gathering with course mates. The GSC there is the same size as Sunway Carnival, but you need to travel 8 floors to there. It is less crowded according to my friend as not much people in Sabah going to movie theatre. The review for this movie as expected ridiculous and fail for me. There is an arcade opposite GSC, where Sandra shows her talent there. Melody and Huey Chyi also beat Fong Sim and Yi Hong in basketball tournament.

Sabah Trip Day V – Kiulu Rafting

Pit Stop I: Kiulu White River Rafting
Another first time experience I would say. Same as snorkeling, I am as excited, but at the same time as anxious to raft. The safeguard that gives us the talk on precautions is Syam. Yi Hong, me, Ivan, Fong Sim, Michelle and Sandra are on another boat with another guard. We raft out of our world and it is totally one of the amazing experiences in my life. We are quite co-operative during rafting and thus, we are not falling out of the boat. However, the river is full of stones, we got stuck several times but overall it is OK. Our guard is friendly and he always splashes the water to us, ending up another wet trip. The remaining four with Syam – Huey Chyi, Melody, Jia Ye and Jia Shen with another two visitors, are more adventurous. They fall into the river dragging by Syam. Melody is the one got the most shock. Huey Chyi got stalks with Syam saying that he is handsome when rafting (Hahaha!). Most of the guards there are friendly and sporting, but a weakness is, they smoke. The river there is also nice for enjoyment. We enjoy the flora and fauna, as well as the water there which is very cold. During rafting, there are tree roots that almost hanged us, but it is quite adventurous. We do not notice there is people taking our photos of rafting. This is Level ½ rafting. An accident occurs when Michelle bathes and the whole pipe bursts. Only amusement occurs and no one is injured. Before leaving, we purchase the photos of us with RM70 for two CDs and take photos with Syam and another guard as candid.

Pit Stop II: Ranau Pagoda
There is nothing special here, just a pagoda. There is a monument of Journey to the West. It is just a photo session for us.

Pit Stop III: UMS Aquarium
I think it should be free for university student but still RM3 is charged. It is only a moderate aquarium and not many species there. The most attracting part should be the sea turtles, that all of us are waiting in a correct position in order to snap a photo with the turtles. There are many types of coral samples there, as well as nemo fish again. UMS starts its silence due to semester break that kicks off.

Pit Stop IV: Filipino Market
This is another shopping spot for the ladies but not in our group. Filipino market is considered the boys’ world. There are almost 50 stalls there selling the same stuffs. The one that is most popular is the pearl. Yi Hong tells us that he needs to buy a lot as his family contains many relatives. The technique of bargaining is important or else you will be cheated by the seller. Lily tells me that, when buying a souvenir, must open the price half lower than the one offered by the seller, and increase back until both satisfies. Filipino market is not surrounded by Philippine people, but the style of the market just like you are in Philippine. We come again to Filipino Market on Day 8 and many more stuffs to buy. Melody buys a nice handmade bag but it is expensive than RM35, which is offered at another stall.

Review of Restaurant at Kampung Air (Behind Le Meridian Hotel)
Food Tested: Hainan Chicken Rice (Most of the restaurant contains chicken rice only, that why we eat until we are bored)
Price: Reasonable
Review: The chicken rice tastes moderate with self-service system. Most of the foods served are about with Penang style. The weakness there is its chili sauce, too watery. Sambal there is Penang style, I can say.
Ratings: C

Sabah Trip Day VI - Menombok, Federal Territory of Labuan

Pit Stop I: Menombok Jetty
The jetty here looks like Bukit Tambun’s jetty. It takes about 4 hours from KK to Menombok jetty. This is probably due to its location around fish village. Along the journey to jetty, only trees and jungles are seen. The ticket price is reasonable with RM5 per way. It is a large ferry that departs at 11am. There are three layers on the ferry. The first layer is for the vehicles, second layer is for the passengers whereas the top layer is for passenger to enjoy the sea wind, as well as staffs office and canteen. The ferry takes about 90 minutes to surpass two islands until it arrives at Labuan.

Pit Stop II: Free Trade Zone of Labuan
This should be another shopping spree for all of us. Free tax on chocolates, alcoholic beverages, cigarette and perfume attracts us to throw our bag and straight entering the shops. The ferrero rocher is half price of other places. Most of the chocolates are cheap and there, we learn a technique to choose chocolate. If you notice the chocolate is cheap, then you must take note on the expiry date. It is usually far cheaper due to nearing of expiry date. I choose a few chocolates, but take a lot of M&M’s photos. Sports equipment such as NIKE is cheaper as well, but not more than half price. Another cheapest stuff is DOME.

Pit Stop III: Chimney Museum
Leading by Sok Kuan, we come to a museum that maintains most of the history of charcoal in Labuan. You can learn how the procedure of mining is being carried out, as well as some parts of the technology used left. In front of the information counter, you can use a controller to look around from the top of the tower outside through a TV. The Chimney tower is old and it is the historical symbol of Labuan. However, the purpose of British to build the tower and its functions are yet to discover.

Pit Stop IV: Labuan Reserved Bird Park
Maybe Labuan is one of the smallest location in Malaysia, its bird park is also far behind the one in Kuala Lumpur. Not many birds are found there. Most of the birds look lonely as one cage only contains one bird. There are several parrots there look like the one in the movie Rio, especially the blue one. There is one group of black birds that know to speak, such as “hi, sudah makan, assalamualaikum, wee wit, wou, hello…” This should be the group of bird that attracts most of the patrons. There are three ostriches and they have a long neck. Ivan tries to play with them, but is afraid of beaten by the ostrich. Upon entering, you can hear hifi music being played. After finishing the walk in the bird park, I only know that parrot uses to listen to the songs and dances. There is a photo session charging RM2 with the white parrot. It is so cute and the parrot uses mouth to climb to the shoulder. We do not take photo as it is a waste of money. The most important is, we manage to see the beauty and cutie of the parrot.

Pit Stop V: Marine Park
Same as Ranau Pagoda, it contains nothing here. It is another aquarium that is free of charge. A few species of marine found here, and you can touch some of them. The upper area is closed due to late already.

Pit Stop VI: Labuan’s BBQ Seaside
It is Wesak Day on that day and many families are barbequing there. We are divided two groups; one group stays at the beach and chooses a good location for BBQ. I follow another group to buy stuffs, so that I can go shopping and see how the shopping centre in Labuan is. Fortunately I am not living in Labuan, the two supermarkets are just as big as Billion in Parit Buntar. Labuan may not be a good place for entertainment, but a nice one for standard living – cheap car and house. Due to the early dark sky in East Coast, it is a problem for us to BBQ in the dark at the beach without any light. We finally make our way back to Sok Kuan’s house and BBQ behind the large area of her house. We dig two holes and it takes almost 45 minutes to get the fire ready. A surprise is made for Sok Kuan since her birthday is just around the corner.

Sabah Trip Day VII – Labuan, Kiasan and Kota Kinabalu

Pit Stop I: Labuan International Airport
The airport is as classy as Kuala Lumpur International Airport though not much flights there. We take a walk there.

Pit Stop II: Labuan Square
Since Sok Kuan is going for a part time job interview, we walk around the jetty and it is time for some of us to shop again for alcoholic beverages and chocolates. We walk under the hot sun to Labuan Square, thinking that it is a shopping mall (I doubt already at first since Sok Kuan says before, only two supermarkets in Labuan). At last, it turns out that it is a park. However, according to Sok Kuan, Times Square is opening opposite Labuan Square and it will be the first mall in Labuan. While waiting for Sok Kuan, we enjoy the air conditional at KFC.

Review of Ngee Hing Restaurant, Labuan
Food Tested: Laksa Sarawak
Price: Moderate
Review: The Laksa tastes good but it is a small bowl costing RM4.50. The service is great enough and quite friendly. However, improvement should be done especially more ingredients can be added to the Laksa, such as tofu.
Ratings: C+

Pit Stop III: Kiasan Long Nose Monkeys and Fireflies Reserved Park
We arrive from Labuan around 3pm sharp. Along the journey to this reserved park, all of us fall asleep due to too exhaust. I do not fall asleep as I sleep quite early yesterday at Sok Kuan’s house. This venue does not look like a park, but more to a small reserved area. You need to walk a distance into the dining area, where we have our high tea there. The food provided is just like we are having our meal at home. After that, we board on a boat with a group of Hong Kong people to see the long nose monkey along the river side. It really tests your eye sight to spot for those monkeys. Hong Kong people are more excited than us when monkey appears. At night, after finishing dinner at the same area, we notice that the whole area turns dark. Fireflies start to appear and one of them halts on my hand. It really drives me mad. Cautiously, we turn off all of our lights and travel by boat again. You will certainly be amazed by the fireflies that light up the whole tree. It is just like the Christmas tree that keeps shining. Uncle Chong even catches few of them and we release those fireflies when we are on the van.

Sabah Trip Day VIII – Waterfront Kota Kinabalu

Review on Sheng Rou Mian Restaurant
Food Tested: Sheng Rou Noodle
Price: Reasonable
Review: It is almost the same as Tuaran Mee that we test before, but more delicious and fresh that the Guo Min Restaurant. The aunty is more friendly and systematic. Nice sauce as well.
Ratings: B-

Pit Stop I: Waterfront Seaside
This is a place that gathered a lot of pub. However, I would like to stress again those pubs are café style and not the one which is negative. It would be nice if we can have our beer and at the same time enjoy the sea wind. Too bad, there is no more time as we are leaving at 1pm that day and most of the café has not started their business yet. Some of us move to Filipino Market and continue their last minute shopping.

As such, the trip has come to an end
Same as every trip
Even though it is tired
It leaves happy moments and unforgettable memories
Especially with friends and families

Perhaps another trip next year?
